In 1879, Edward H. Ashcroft and George Richardson combined their patents and formed the Consolidated Safety Valve Company. Through the years, the trademark Consolidated^® has continued to exemplify innovation, quality, and customer service. As a result, there are very few processing plants or power generating plants today that do not have Consolidated valves installed in their steam boilers and pressure vessels.
