DALLAS, TEXAS (Feb. 9, 2006) - Dresser, Inc. announced today that it has filed its financial results for continuing operations for the three and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2005, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  The financial results give effect to the discontinued operations treatment of the company's On/Off Valves and Instruments businesses, which the company agreed to sell in the third quarter of 2005.

As previously announced, the filing was delayed as a result of the company's restatement of prior period financial results.
