In a special customer satisfaction supplement, the magazine summarizes the results of a survey of its readers. The survey, conducted in the fall of 2005, polled the opinion of over 1300 readers all of whom purchase industrial process control equipment. In the product category of Control Valves and Actuators, Masoneilan received the highest average total weighted score across several attributes of customer satisfaction.

These attributes include price/value for the dollar, product performance, legacy product support, quality of documentation and accuracy of web site material. The survey also considered likeliness for repeat purchase from a particular supplier and overall understanding of customer needs. This survey, along with Masoneilan being cited top among control valve suppliers in offering exceptional service*, spotlight how Masoneilan's Customer For Life™ approach is taking hold in the marketplace.
