DALLAS, TEXAS (Sept. 11, 2006)-Dresser, Inc. announced today that it has amended its senior secured credit facility to extend the date required for providing the company's audited financial statements to its senior secured lenders and to include various technical amendments. The date for providing audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2005, has been extended from Sept. 30, 2006 to Dec. 31, 2006.
